By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services Provided
The Barkin' Barn provides professional dog grooming and boarding services in Denver City, Texas. All services are subject to availability and adherence to our posted policies.
Client Responsibilities
By booking services, clients agree that:
• Their dog is up to date on required vaccinations.
• All medical conditions, behavioral concerns, and special needs have been disclosed.
• Dogs will arrive on a secure leash or in appropriate restraint.
• Accurate contact information has been provided.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of service.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on breed, size, coat condition, behavior, and time required. Final pricing may vary from estimates provided online or during booking.
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional fees may apply for:
• Severe matting
• Fleas or ticks
• Aggressive or unsafe behavior
• After-hours pick-up or drop-off
Cancellations & Late Pick-Up
Clients must provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late pick-up fees may apply if dogs are not collected within the designated time frame after notification.
Boarding stays not picked up as scheduled may incur additional daily fees.
Grooming & Boarding Risks
While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, clients acknowledge that grooming and dog interactions carry inherent risks, including minor cuts, skin irritation, or stress-related reactions.
The Barkin' Barn is not liable for issues resulting from pre-existing medical conditions, undisclosed behavioral issues, or matting-related complications.
Right to Refuse Service
The Barkin' Barn reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any dog that poses a safety risk to staff or other animals.
Limitation of Liability
By using our services, clients agree that liability shall not exceed the cost of services provided.
