Results may vary depending on coat condition, matting, temperament, and overall health of the dog. Severe matting may require shorter grooming lengths than requested to ensure the pet’s safety and comfort.

By booking services, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with grooming and boarding and agree that The Barkin' Barn is not responsible for outcomes related to undisclosed medical or behavioral conditions.

Refund Policy - the basics

At The Barkin' Barn, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming and boarding services.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once grooming or boarding services have been completed, refunds are not issued.

If you have concerns about your pet’s service, please notify us at the time of pick-up or within 24 hours of your appointment. We are happy to discuss any concerns and, when appropriate, may offer adjustments at our discretion.

Deposits for boarding or scheduled appointments may be non-refundable if cancellations occur outside of our cancellation policy window.
