Terms of Service & Care Agreement

To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, please review the following requirement:

• All dogs must be current on required vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordatella). Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to appointment.

• Dogs must arrive on a secure leash at drop-off.

• Owners must disclose any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, or special needs prior to booking.

• Dogs showing signs of illness may be declined for the safety of other grooming guests.

• Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior that poses a risk to staff or themselves may be required to be picked up.

Coat Condition & Matting Policy

For the safety and comfort of your dog, coat condition will be assessed at the time of the appointment. Severely matted coats may require shaving to prevent pain, skin irritation, or injury. Dematting can be stressful and may not be humane depending on severity.

Additional fees may apply at $1 per minute for excessive matting.

Flea & Tick Policy

If fleas or ticks are discovered during the grooming process, treatment may be administered with an additional charge to prevent spread to other dogs in our care.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Owners will be notified when their dog is ready for pick-up. Dogs must be picked up within 45 minutes of notification. Late pick-up fees may apply for extended stays beyond agreed time.

Pricing Acknowledgment

Final pricing may vary depending on coat condition, behavior, size, and time required. Any significant changes will be communicated prior to completion when possible.
